Beautifully furnished weekly spring/summer/fall vacation rental or long or short term winter rental. Walking distance to Long and Short Sands Beach, downtown York, York's Wild Animal Kingdom, the Nubble Lighthouse and Dunne's (formerly Browne's) Ice Cream.

Sleeps 7. Features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Also, a large outdoor deck with gas grill, new outdoor Spa, and outdoor shower (May-October only for spa and outdoor shower).

Parking for 4 vehicles.

All amenities including washer and dryer, cable, wireless Internet, TV's 4, (1 smart TV), air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living room, ceiling fans (6), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee makers, Keurig and drip style. Sleeping area includes a 1st floor master bedroom with a king size bed, second floor bedroom with a full and twin bed and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also a beach cart to make walking to the beach easier!

Winter rentals or long term rentals DO NOT have access to outdoor shower or Spa, (due to the possibility of frozen pipes). Long term renters are responsible for utilities, cable, Internet and yard snowplowing.
